● Eight-station (side four-station + end four-station) quiet strong-type power head for drilling, milling, tapping, carving and other complex machining on the end or side, It can also function five-axis complex machining program, the Y-axis track adopts linear guide rail structure, and the motor is connected with the screw rod through straight connection, the precision is high and the tool changing speed is fast.
● The power head assembly adopts imported precision grinding gear coupling transmission and its internal gear adopts fully enclosed lubrication system.
● The power head adopts servo motor, which is independent 1:1 drive and it has good torque and good rigidity.
● The power head adopts ER-20A precision cylinder chuck.The maximum holding diameter of the grip is 13mm.It is universal.
● The main control system adopts Taiwan's new generation 21TB series, which can realize six-axis linkage processing.
● The spindle adopts double closed-loop control, the indexing accuracy is up to 6 arc-seconds, and the hydraulic disc brake device is added at the end of the spindle to enhance the stability of the power head during machining. Our machine adopts Taiwan original hydraulic or servo 8-position cutter tower. The tool changing speed is fast. It has a long life and high precision.
