● All of the casts of machine use high-quality resin sand by the process of high-temperature casting. We have implemented a complete annealing program. After 3-6 months’ natural aging treatment, the whole structure of cast iron base is strengthened, so the stability, the antiknock characteristic and the high rigidity of the machine are all enhanced. The high shaft box is designed as a special triangular structure and the best span of force is calculated by mechanical engineering mechanics. Built-in Taiwan precision sleeve spindle ensures maximum axial and radial cutting and machining precision.
● The structure of 30° inclined bed type is stable for operation, convenient for mounting and clamping, smooth for removing chips. All the contact surfaces of precision components are made of precision shovel scraping and running-in.
● 43.Taiwan new generation or Baoyuan controller system makes it very easy to program. With high intelligent technology, it has many functions, such as quick reaction, stable operation and so on.
● The transmission part adopts imported overloaded linear guide rail. The precise ball screw assembly is combined with an imported servo motor to drive, so the speed of tool changing is very fast (26M/ min), and the precision of repeat positioning is up to 0.0025mm. Our design of the system ensures the good quality of machine parts; it also shortens the processing time.
● 45.All precise transmission parts and components are lubricated by microcomputer time quantitative oil supply system, which will be automatically shut down on standby to avoid the waste of lubricating oil.
● The hydraulic system adopts Taiwan electric motor, vane pump, and air-cooled device, which is combined with high-speed central control rotary oil cylinder, so it maintains the chucking force of chuck stable and easily to adjust, and that low noise and low temperature rise.
● 47.The machine tool cover is totally enclosed which can strongly resist deformation and water. Our machine accords with ergonomics. Its operation is very safe and the shape is also very beautiful.
